Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, March 3, 2026, the sixth payment week of the PASE-U, the student economic support program of IFARHU, begins. The event is ready to serve thousands of students and their families in Bocas del Toro and the district of Kankintú. Authorities confirmed that payments will be made at several points in the province so that beneficiaries can withdraw their checks without issues. The idea is for the money to reach students and their guardians quickly, avoiding crowds and long lines. In Bocas del Toro, the districts that will receive the check distribution are Changuinola, Chiriquí Grande, Isla Colón, and Almirante, while in the Ngäbe-Buglé comarca, it will be in Kankintú. Each point will have IFARHU staff to guide and speed up the collections. Among the enabled sites in Changuinola are La Gloria, Finca 04, Miraflores, El Silencio, El Empalme, Cochigró, Guabito, Finca 15, and Naso Tjër Di, as well as Boycky El Teribe. Each site has been selected to ensure accessibility and safety for the beneficiaries.
